Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card. However your card will not be charged. We will contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is either available for immediate dispatch or needs to be manufactured.

If the product is available for immediate dispatch, we will process the payment.

If the order needs to be manufactured, we will notify you of this and process the payment.

If there is any delay such as an item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation, contact you and inform you of the situation.

 

Manufacture Lead Times:

The lead times for these products will vary between suppliers but typically are between 2-8 weeks.

 

Delivery Frame Times:

If your order is available for immediate dispatch in some cases next day delivery may be available however it's normal to expect delivery within 3-5 days.

If you order needs to be manufactured, we will keep you updated of the process and any unforeseen delays. Once the product/s has passed inspection, we’ll send you tracking details by email or SMS so that you can keep updated with the delivery.

Once a delivery slot is confirmed by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they will be available to receive goods and notify us if the delivery location has restricted access, otherwise a re-delivery charge will apply.

 

Our delivery procedure is as follows:

  • We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date
  • Ask if you would like Threshold delivery or a delivery to any room of your choice (White Glove)*
  • If applicable – if you would like your product assembled*
  • A call on the delivery day providing an estimated time of delivery (3hr window)

 * White Glove, ROC & Assembly may incur extra charges

Delivery Costs:

Currently we only deliver to locations within the UK.

We offer free delivery for all products to anywhere in mainland UK which cost more than £500.

For the following locations: Republic of Ireland, Shetland Isles, Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO30 - 41) we may charge extra and you will be notified of this when payment is taken.

If a White Glove or ROC delivery service is requested and/or assembly of the product we may charge a small additional fee for this.

 

Damages:

Even though we fully inspect all products before dispatch, we ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery.

We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items so that we can begin a repair procedure or a return process.



Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order, may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) could be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

For products that have been manufactured to order unless there is visible damage to the item, orders cannot be returned or refunded.

If there is visible damage, then the order will be collected and returned at no cost for the buyer and either replaced or refunded.

We would always ask if there are any issues then please contact us immediately so that we can work out an amicable resolution.
